SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

Free 2-3 Day Shipping on all orders $50 or more in the continental USA!!

 

Shipping Timing 

Our goal is to ship your order within 1-2 business days and for you to receive it within 3-5 business days. Orders placed after noon MST on Monday through Saturday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following business day. 

 

Shipping Costs 

All orders $50 or more in the continental USA receive Free USPS 2-3 Day Priority shipping.

Non-Contiguous U.S. orders (Alaska and the U.S. Virgin Islands): Are priced according to zip code during the time of checkout.

Shipping Notifications
Please check to see that your shipping information is correct before final checkout. Once checkout is complete, you will receive an email receipt confirming your order. Once your order has shipped you will receive another email with your tracking number, and a final email confirming delivery.

Shipping Policy

We DO NOT SHIP to the following states due to Laws Outlawing the sale of Hemp Derived CBD. 

• Hawaii

• Idaho

• Iowa

• Mississippi

• New Hampshire

• South Dakota

We are not responsible for packages returned to us due to an incorrect address provided during checkout as you will be responsible for the return shipping and redelivery costs.  If your package has been confirmed that it was delivered to the address provided and it was lost or stolen, The Heart of Hemp is not responsible. But we will be happy to provide you with all the delivery information so you will be able to investigate or claim the lost/stolen package.
