Recommended Use: Take a 1/4 to one full dropper before bedtime depending on experience with CBN. Not recommended for daytime use. After three days of use, adjust dosage amount as needed. For example, if you are feeling tired in the morning, try reducing the dosage by a small amount the next evening.
